Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

• If you're unable to print the form, a handwritten note with your name, order number, and whether you're requesting a refund or size exchange is also acceptable.
• Return/Exchange request made within 14 days of the delivered date qualify for a full refund.
• Please email your return tracking number to info@victorioususa.com after shipping your return. Returns without tracking information may result in delays in processing your refund.
• Merchandise must be in the condition you received it, completely free of stains and dirt. Must not be worn, altered or washed.
• For the return or exchange service, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for any lost packages as well as packages damaged during transit back to VICTORIOUS.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached
• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
